Cosplay Trio
Supanova is always a fun event to go to, though shooting inside can be a challenging, and rewarding, experience. While these days I try to avoid shooting inside the convention centre itself, sometimes there's that one person you want a photo of, so it pays to have the right gear ready regardless.
My approach to this shot was a bit different though. Usually, using even a short telephoto at crowded events like this is impossible, but here, using the 45mm really allowed me to get a nice tight frame, hiding most of the distracting elements.
